(NASDAQ:DBGI) is set to launch its second AVO College Influencer Tour, taking place at the University of Alabama during the highly anticipated football game between the LSU Tigers and Alabama Crimson Tide on November 8th. The event will feature notable influencers and athletes, including Alabama alumni Darcy McQueeny, former All-SEC basketball player Aaliyah Nye, and two-time National Champion football player Trent Richardson.
The influencer event will occur at “Champions Lane” from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, allowing fans, alumni, and students a chance to interact with these prominent figures and sign unique AVO x Yea Alabama apparel. A portion of the proceeds will support Yea Alabama, which will earn a 20% royalty from the apparel sales. The initiative aims to create new Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities for female student-athletes, marking one of the first initiatives focused on empowering women in sports.
