University of Alabama Gears Up for Homecoming Festivities
TUSCALOOSA, Ala. — As the No. 4 Alabama Crimson Tide remains undefeated in Southeastern Conference play, the University of Alabama is set to celebrate its annual homecoming weekend. The festivities kicked off on Sunday with the Homecoming Kickoff Event at the Student Center Lawn, and the excitement continues throughout the week.
A variety of events are underway, including a choreography competition at Coleman Coliseum, as well as flag football and dodgeball games. The highlight of the week will be the homecoming pep rally, scheduled for Friday at 6:30 p.m. on the Quad, where the 2025 homecoming queen will be crowned.
On Saturday, the annual homecoming parade is set to commence at 10 a.m. on University Boulevard East, showcasing school spirit and community pride. This vibrant event will lead into the highly anticipated football match, where the Crimson Tide will face off against the Oklahoma Sooners at 2:30 p.m. at Saban Field in Bryant-Denny Stadium.
