ALBERTVILLE, Ala. — The City of Albertville has officially commenced construction on the Sand Mountain Marketplace, a massive 246,000-square-foot retail hub set to transform the local shopping landscape. Conveniently situated at the intersection of Highway 431 and HT Greer Road, the development is strategically located between Birmingham and Huntsville, enhancing accessibility for a broader customer base.
