Tuscaloosa Accepts Applications for 2026 Druid City Arts Festival
Tuscaloosa, AL — The City of Tuscaloosa is actively seeking artists and live performers for the upcoming 2026 Druid City Arts Festival (DCAF), with a submission deadline set for Friday, Jan. 9, 2026. Aspiring artists interested in booth space are required to submit an application along with a non-refundable fee of $25. The festival invites only original, handmade creations, encompassing a variety of mediums such as contemporary art, sculpture, traditional crafts, and folk art.
Musicians wanting to take the stage at DCAF must apply separately and provide video footage showcasing at least three live performances. Additional applications for the Live at the Plaza series are also due on Jan. 9, 2026. This performance series is scheduled to run every Friday in May and June from 6 to 9 p.m. at Government Plaza, providing a vibrant platform for local talent.
