Four Tuscaloosa Professionals Join Leadership Alabama
Leadership Alabama Welcomes New Class of Influential Leaders
Leadership Alabama, an organization dedicated to connecting and empowering prominent leaders across the state, has announced the induction of four influential individuals from Tuscaloosa into its Class XXXV. This group includes Jheovanny Gómez, owner of Jalapeños Mexican Grill; Katrina Keefer, President and CEO of DCH Health System; Yolanda Page, President of Stillman College; and Cade Warner, CEO of The Westervelt Company.
Michael Patterson, the board chair of Leadership Alabama, emphasized the organization’s mission to foster strong partnerships for the betterment of the state. He expressed confidence that this new class would carry on the tradition of leadership essential for Alabama’s growth and innovation. The program, commencing in October 2023 and running through May 2026, will feature sessions in cities such as Birmingham, Huntsville, and Mobile. During these sessions, participants will engage in discussions highlighting Alabama’s challenges, successes, and innovative solutions.
Executive Director Ashley Kaplan noted the value of collective action among this diverse cohort of leaders, recognizing the ongoing benefits to Alabama from their combined efforts.
