On Saturday, May 10, Choccolocco Park in Oxford, AL, will host the embRACE What Matters 5K & Fun Run, inviting residents from Calhoun and neighboring counties to engage in a day dedicated to fitness and mental health advocacy. The event kicks off at 8:00 a.m. and runs until noon, with pre-event registration and warm-ups starting at 6:30 a.m.
This inclusive gathering aims to raise awareness about mental health while fostering community support.
