This drive-thru restaurant, spanning 2,500 square feet, is situated on a 1.2-acre site conveniently near Interstate 59 and Interstate 759, approximately 60 miles northeast of Birmingham.
The building features not only a drive-thru service but also outdoor patio seating, enhancing the customer experience. It is leased to Starbucks under a 10-year agreement, with built-in rent increases of 10 percent every five years.
