Stites & Harbison Expands with New Office in Huntsville, Alabama

Stites & Harbison, PLLC has announced the opening of its first office in Alabama, located in Huntsville. This move marks a significant expansion for the nationally recognized full-service law firm, which operates across eight states, including Connecticut, Georgia, and Virginia. The firm, established in 1832, is known for its expertise in managing complex regulatory matters, sophisticated transactions, and challenging litigation.

Marjorie A. Farris, Chair of Stites & Harbison, emphasized the firm’s commitment to serving a diverse range of clients in the region. "Establishing a presence in Huntsville was a natural next step," she stated, expressing enthusiasm for enhancing legal support throughout Alabama.

The Huntsville office will be led by construction attorney Joshua K. Chesser, who joined the firm in 2024. Chesser will split his time between the new Huntsville location and the Nashville office.
